Returning items to us
We want you to totally satisfied with your purchase from board-life.com If something doesn't fit or arrives damaged make sure you sign for the parcel as damaged or refuse delivery and let us know within 14 days by  email - help@pod-life.co.uk or by calling 0845 094 1799.

We will happily refund or exchange any item purchased from us
• Returned goods must be unused, in a saleable condition and in their original packaging with all labels etc still attached
• In the case of warranty claims this, of course, does not apply.
• Complete our returns procedure before sending us back the goods.

Statutory Rights
Your statutory rights are unaffected by our returns policy which is in addition to your statutory rights. We are a UK based company, subject to UK consumer law so dealing with us is completely safe.

What do I do if an item doesn't fit or I don't like the colour?
Return it to us within 14 days. Just complete our returns procedure before sending us back the goods. Returned goods must be unused, in a saleable condition and in their original packaging with all labels and tags still attached. Once we've received them back, we will arrange to either credit you or replace the goods with a different size or colour, whichever you prefer.  There is no shop front or customer service facilities available at our warehouse, please do not attempt to hand deliver any items as our staff will refuse them and we do not want to cause you any embarrassment.

If you're returning something because it doesn't fit or it's not suitable, you'll need to pay the postage costs to return it to us.

We refund up to £10 carriage for items found to be faulty.

Make sure you obtain a receipt for the parcel or use a carrier who will obtain a signature from us at delievery. We are not responsible for items lost in transit.

We process most returns the day they arrive. At worst your return will be dealt with within 7 working days.

What do I do if an item is faulty when it's delivered?
Complete our returns procedure before sending us back the goods. We'll either credit you or replace the goods, whichever you prefer.

How do I contact you about returning goods?
You do not need to contact us to obtain a returns number, please return using the form available above. If you do have any questions, please email us at help@pod-life.co.uk

How do I know if you have processed my return?
Go to the "your account" section of www.pod-life.co.uk and log into your account. You can see the status of all your orders including returns there.

What do I do if an item fails once it's been used?
All goods supplied by us are guaranteed against failure due to defect in material or workmanship.    If you feel that an item has failed prematurely, send us an email to help@pod-life.co.uk and we will investigate. Please wash all used clothing before returning it to us. Failure to do this will mean we have to send it back to you as we will not be able to inspect these goods.  Please do not attempt to hand deliver the return as you will be turned away which may cause offence.  There is no shop front or customer service facility available at our warehouse.
